Description

This WTS dual-axis rotary tilting worktable is an advanced composite positioning fixture cast from high-grade stress-relieved gray cast iron. It realizes two independent adjustment functions: 360° arbitrary horizontal rotation of the bottom base and ±45° vertical tilt of the upper T-slot plate, which greatly expands the machining angle range and eliminates repeated workpiece clamping for complex multi-angle processing.

  • Bottom rotary base: Equipped with full-circle angle scale, supports 360° free horizontal rotation and reliable locking, realizes circumferential angle indexing.
  • Upper tilting plate: Curved arc sliding structure with ±45° adjustable range, engraved angle graduation and side crank locking handle, stable fixation at any tilt angle during cutting.
