Description

TO series adapter flanges are precision-manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with overall quenching and precision grinding, the essential connecting accessories for mounting hydraulic power chucks on CNC lathe spindles.
  1. High-precision machining ensures ≤0.005mm coaxiality between chuck and spindle, guaranteeing excellent machining accuracy and repeatability.
  2. High-rigidity integral structure provides excellent vibration damping performance, suitable for heavy-duty rough turning and high-speed precision finishing operations.
  3. Standard dimensions fully compatible with all mainstream A2-4/A2-5/A2-6/A2-8/A2-11/A2-15 series lathe spindles and 5-24 inch hydraulic power chucks.
  4. Three structural types (Fig.1/Fig.2/Fig.3) available to meet different installation requirements of various chuck and spindle combinations.
  5. Pre-drilled mounting holes with matching bolts included for quick and easy installation.
