Description

This single-station solid steel CNC vise is a high-rigidity precision workholding fixture optimized for single blank high-tolerance machining. The whole body is forged from one-piece solid alloy steel blank, subjected to overall quenching heat treatment, multi-cycle stress relief and full hard precision grinding, completely avoiding deformation defects of traditional cast iron vises. Hollow side cutout structure realizes lightweight without sacrificing overall clamping rigidity.

    One-piece thick alloy steel construction eliminates casting shrinkage and loose texture. All base sliding rails, jaw mating surfaces and mounting datum planes undergo mirror hard grinding, ultra-high flatness, parallelism and perpendicularity maintain micron-level long-term precision after thousands of clamping cycles. Hollow side window design reduces total weight for easier fixture handling.

    Internal inclined wedge booster mechanism converts horizontal screw thrust into stable vertical clamping pressure, generating consistent high holding force to lock workpieces firmly. Effectively eliminates chatter marks and dimensional offset during high-speed heavy stock removal and ultra-precision mirror finish machining.
