Description

This single-axis Z vertical slide with horizontal cross T-slot table is an independent vertical lifting positioning component cast from stress-relieved high-grade gray cast iron. It is specially designed to pair with single-axis X horizontal cross slide to form multi-axis composite positioning fixture for ordinary lathe retrofit machining.
  1. Precision Ground Dovetail Vertical Column
    The upright lifting column adopts fully precision-machined dovetail guideway with adjustable wear-resistant gib strips to eliminate sliding backlash, ensuring smooth vertical lifting motion and stable long-term machining accuracy under light & medium cutting loads.
  2. Micrometer Calibrated Vertical Feed Handwheel
    Top-mounted large graduated handwheel with clear engraved micrometer scale markings, supporting ultra-fine manual depth adjustment for precision hole drilling, surface milling and keyway processing.
  3. Built-in Horizontal T-slot Worktable
    A horizontal cross T-slot workbench with red anti-wear lining strips is installed on the front of the vertical column, compatible with vises, fixture jigs and tool holders for flexible clamping of various workpieces without extra auxiliary fixtures.
  4. Reinforced Curved Triangular Cast Iron Base
    Integral curved triangular reinforcing support base greatly improves structural rigidity and vibration absorption, avoiding tool chatter during continuous milling. Standard mounting holes on the base enable quick assembly with matched X-axis cross slide.
  5. Two Standard Matching Sizes
    Model 100 and Model 150 are perfectly matched with corresponding X single-axis slides: horizontal table travel reaches 120mm and 230mm respectively, covering small desktop lathes, bench lathes and vocational school machining training equipment.
