Description

This single-axis Z vertical slide is an independent vertical lifting positioning unit made of stress-relieved high-grade gray cast iron, specially matched with single-axis X cross slide to build multi-axis composite positioning fixtures for lathe milling, drilling and tapping modification.

    The upright sliding column adopts full surface grinding dovetail structure, equipped with adjustable wear-resistant gib strips to eliminate sliding backlash, delivering smooth vertical lifting motion and stable long-term machining precision.

    Top-mounted large graduated handwheel with clear micrometer scale markings, supporting ultra-fine manual depth adjustment for precision hole drilling, surface milling and keyway processing.
