Description

This rotary XY cross slide table is a multi-functional three-axis positioning fixture cast from stress-relieved high-grade gray cast iron. It integrates X-axis longitudinal feed, Y-axis cross feed and a full-circle rotary base, enabling two-way linear feeding plus arbitrary angle rotation, greatly expanding the machining range of bench drills and small milling equipment.
  1. Dual Linear Dovetail Slides + 360° Rotary Base
    Both X and Y axes adopt fully precision-ground dovetail guideways with adjustable gib strips to eliminate sliding backlash; the bottom rotary base is engraved with angle scale for accurate angle indexing, free to lock at any rotation position for angled drilling, milling and chamfering.
  2. Three Independent Calibrated Feed Handwheels
    Separate large-diameter micrometer graduated handwheels are fitted for X longitudinal, Y cross and rotary locking adjustment. Clear engraved scale lines support ultra-fine manual feeding to guarantee high dimensional precision for precision hole and surface processing.
  3. Standard T-slot Worktop with Wear-resistant Strips
    The top worktable is equipped with multiple standard T-slots embedded with red anti-friction lining strips, compatible with Machine vise s, fixture jigs, drill chucks and milling cutters for flexible clamping of various workpieces. A linear ruler is attached on the table edge for quick length reading.
