The internal 45° inclined force splitting structure converts horizontal clamping force into downward vertical pressure synchronously during tightening. Workpieces are tightly pressed against the base surface without upward floating, completely avoiding dimensional deviation and surface chatter marks caused by workpiece lifting during heavy stock removal and finish milling.

360° Graduated Swivel Base with Quick Lock Bolt
The bottom rotary base is engraved with full-circle angle scale for clear visual reading, supporting free horizontal rotation of the vise body within 360°. A side lock screw firmly fixes the vise at any target angle, reducing repeated re-clamping procedures for inclined hole and angled surface machining.
