Description

QL series vertical pneumatic power chucks are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with overall quenching and precision grinding, providing flexible and reliable workholding solutions for vertical machining applications.
  1. Vertical mounting structure is perfectly compatible with milling machines, drilling machines, boring machines and rotary tables.
  2. Available in 2-jaw, 3-jaw and 4-jaw configurations to meet clamping requirements for different workpiece shapes (round, square, irregular).
  3. Pneumatic drive system delivers ultra-fast clamping and unclamping response, significantly improving production efficiency for automated processing lines.
  4. Optimized wedge mechanism provides stable and uniform clamping force, suitable for both light finishing and heavy-duty cutting operations.
  5. High runout accuracy ≤0.02mm, delivering excellent machining precision and surface finish.
  6. Hardened jaws and guideways offer superior wear resistance and long service life.
  7. Standard mounting dimensions compatible with most common vertical machine tool spindles, easy to install and maintain.
