Description

This QKG quick-slide precision vise optimizes the positioning efficiency of the QGG screw-driven precision vise by integrating internal ball bearing linear sliding structures, drastically shortening fixture setup time while retaining ultra-high machining accuracy for mold precision processing. The whole unit is forged from a single alloy steel blank, subjected to full quenching and cryogenic stabilization aging to eliminate internal material stress and avoid permanent deformation under long-term clamping load. All sliding rails, jaw clamping planes and bottom mounting datum surfaces are mirror precision ground to guarantee ultra-low flatness, parallelism and perpendicularity.

    Multiple wear-resistant steel ball bearings are embedded in the sliding base. The movable jaw can slide freely and smoothly for rough positioning without rotating a lead screw. After quick alignment, a single central hex locking bolt firmly secures the jaw, cutting workpiece clamping time by over 60% compared to conventional screw-type precision vises.
