Integral fully quenched solid alloy steel ultra-precision vise, QGG series provides full-size range from micro miniature QGG25 to heavy-duty QGG200, with extended opening A-type variants available. All contact datum surfaces are mirror hard ground to micron-level geometric tolerance, fitted with self-locking trapezoidal lead screw and anti-slip knurled adjustment knob. Specially designed for surface grinders, wire cut EDM, sinker EDM and miniature engraving CNC machines, ideal fixture for clamping high-tolerance mold inserts, precision measuring pins and tiny thin-wall hardware components.

Description

This QGG precision tool maker vise is a professional ultra-high accuracy fixture dedicated to mold precision machining, completely different from general milling Machine vise s. The whole body is forged from monolithic alloy steel, processed by overall quenching and cryogenic stabilization aging to thoroughly eliminate internal material stress, ensuring zero dimensional deformation under long-term continuous precision clamping. All sliding rails, jaw clamping planes and bottom mounting datum adopt mirror precision grinding to reach micron-level flatness and parallelism.

    One-piece solid steel blank forming, overall quenched to HRC58-62 high hardness, matched with cryogenic aging treatment to lock long-term dimensional stability. Full stroke flatness & parallelism tolerance controlled within 0.003mm, meeting strict precision requirements of surface grinding and electrical discharge machining.
