Description

The Q41 Series Tilting Machine vise is a precision workholding fixture designed for milling, drilling, grinding, and general metal machining applications. Manufactured from high-strength stress-relieved cast iron, the vise combines rigid clamping performance with a precision adjustable tilting mechanism that allows accurate angular machining from 0° to 90°. The robust structure minimizes vibration during cutting operations while maintaining excellent positioning accuracy. Available in four standard sizes ranging from 100mm to 160mm jaw width, the Q41 Series is widely used in toolrooms, CNC workshops, mold manufacturing, and precision engineering environments where flexible angle setup and reliable workpiece holding are required.

Precision 0°–90° Tilting Adjustment Mechanism

The integrated semi-circular tilting body allows smooth and accurate angle adjustment between horizontal and vertical positions. Operators can quickly set the required machining angle without additional fixtures or angle plates, significantly reducing setup time for chamfering, bevel milling, inclined drilling, and compound machining operations. The large locking surface ensures stable positioning even under heavy cutting loads.

Stress-relieved Cast Iron Body for Maximum Stability

The entire vise body is manufactured from high-quality cast iron and undergoes stress-relief treatment after casting. This process minimizes internal stress and reduces long-term deformation, ensuring consistent clamping accuracy throughout years of workshop use. The heavy-duty construction also provides excellent vibration absorption during machining operations.

Precision Ground Guideways and Clamping Surfaces

All critical reference surfaces, guideways, and jaw mounting areas are precision ground to achieve excellent flatness and parallelism. This guarantees smooth jaw movement and accurate workpiece positioning while improving repeatability during batch production machining.

Hardened Alloy Steel Replaceable Jaws

Both fixed and movable jaws are manufactured from hardened alloy steel to withstand continuous industrial use. Precision-ground serrated gripping surfaces provide strong holding force while preventing workpiece slippage during milling and drilling operations. The replaceable jaw design simplifies maintenance and reduces long-term operating costs.

Rigid Clamping System for Heavy Machining Operations

The precision lead screw and guide mechanism generate stable clamping force across the entire jaw width. The rigid structure minimizes jaw deflection and helps maintain machining accuracy during roughing cuts, heavy stock removal, and high-precision finishing operations.

Multiple Size Options for Diverse Workpiece Requirements

The Q41 Series is available in four standard models covering jaw widths from 100mm to 160mm. Users can select the appropriate specification according to workpiece dimensions and machine table capacity, making the series suitable for both small precision components and larger industrial parts.

Ideal for Milling, Drilling, and Grinding Applications

The versatile tilting design makes the Q41 Series suitable for:

  • CNC machining centers
  • Conventional milling machines
  • Drilling machines
  • Surface grinding machines
  • Mold and die manufacturing
  • Toolroom operations
  • Precision metalworking workshops
  • General engineering applications
