Description

This MC compact synchronous double-station vise is a high-efficiency special workholding fixture developed for mass CNC batch production. The whole body adopts solid alloy steel blank with full hard precision grinding, eliminating casting deformation defects of cast iron vises. Equipped with built-in synchronous transmission structure, two movable jaws realize simultaneous equal clamping force, enabling stable holding of two identical workpieces in one single fixture to double machining throughput.
