Description

This LV-6X long travel angle lock milling vise is a single-spec heavy-duty workholding fixture customized for clamping long strip metal blanks. The whole thick-wall cast iron body undergoes full long-time stress-relief annealing to eliminate internal casting stress, matched with an ultra-extended trapezoidal lead screw and exclusive 45° wedge force-splitting clamping mechanism, delivering stable zero-float high-rigidity clamping for long workpieces under heavy stock removal cutting loads.

    Built-in 45° inclined force transmission structure converts horizontal tightening thrust into synchronous vertical downward pressure when operating the handle. The workpiece is tightly pressed flat onto the vise base surface without upward warping, effectively eliminating dimensional deviation and surface chatter marks caused by workpiece lifting during rough milling and high-precision finish machining of long parts.
