Description

KL series 3-jaw hollow vertical pneumatic power chucks are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with overall quenching and precision grinding, designed for vertical installation automated turning.
  1. Large hollow through-hole structure supports long bar automatic feeding processing, perfect for continuous batch production.
  2. Front side air inlet layout, no rear air cylinder protrusion, saves installation space on machine table.
  3. 3-jaw self-centering structure guarantees high positioning precision ≤0.015mm, stable clamping for round/hexagonal workpieces.
  4. Double acting push-pull piston design with independent push & pull side clamping force, adaptable to inner/outer diameter clamping requirements.
  5. Hardened sliding guide and jaw serration for long service life and outstanding wear resistance.
  6. Standard flange mounting dimension matches mainstream vertical CNC lathe and machining center layout.
