Description

K111/K11 series D-type short taper mount 3-jaw self-centering chucks are manufactured from high-strength cast iron with overall quenching and precision grinding, designed for fast and reliable workholding on conventional and CNC lathes.
  1. D-type short taper mounting design with pre-installed studs enables quick and easy installation, ensuring high coaxiality and stable connection with lathe spindles.
  2. Equipped with reversible internal/external jaws, supporting clamping of both outer diameter and inner diameter workpieces to meet diverse machining requirements.
  3. Synchronous self-centering mechanism delivers clamping accuracy ≤0.03mm, guaranteeing consistent machining dimensional stability.
  4. Hardened jaw teeth and guideways provide excellent wear resistance and long service life.
  5. Complete specifications covering 125mm to 800mm chuck diameters, compatible with D3/D4/D5/D6/D8/D11/D15/D20 standard spindle noses.
