Description

K11 series A-type rear-mount 3-jaw self-centering chucks are manufactured from high-strength cast iron with overall quenching and precision grinding, widely used for turning, drilling and boring operations on conventional and CNC lathes.
  1. A-type rear mounting design ensures high coaxiality and stable connection with lathe spindles, suitable for heavy-duty cutting operations.
  2. Equipped with reversible internal/external jaws, supporting clamping of both outer diameter and inner diameter workpieces to meet diverse machining requirements.
  3. Synchronous self-centering mechanism delivers clamping accuracy ≤0.03mm, guaranteeing consistent machining dimensional stability.
  4. Hardened jaw teeth and guideways provide excellent wear resistance and long service life.
  5. Complete specifications covering 200mm to 500mm chuck diameters, compatible with A15/A16/A18/A115 standard spindle noses.
