Description

K11 series 3-jaw self-centering chucks are manufactured from high-strength cast iron with overall quenching and precision grinding, the most widely used workholding device for lathe machining.
  1. Synchronous self-centering mechanism automatically centers round and hexagonal workpieces, eliminating the need for manual alignment.
  2. Equipped with both internal and external reversible jaws, supporting clamping of both outer diameter and inner diameter workpieces.
  3. High runout accuracy ≤0.03mm, ensuring stable machining precision for general turning operations.
  4. Hardened jaw teeth and guideways provide excellent wear resistance and long service life.
  5. Standard mounting dimensions compatible with most common lathe spindles, easy to install and maintain.
