Description

K11 series 3-jaw self-centering manual chucks are manufactured from high-strength cast iron with overall precision machining and heat treatment, the most widely used general-purpose workholding tool for metalworking.
  1. 3-jaw synchronous self-centering design automatically centers round and hexagonal workpieces, ensuring uniform clamping force distribution and high centering accuracy ≤0.03mm.
  2. Reversible jaw design provides both internal and external clamping capabilities, covering a wide range of workpiece diameters.
  3. High-strength cast iron body delivers excellent rigidity and vibration damping performance, suitable for light to medium-duty cutting operations.
  4. Hardened jaws and guideways offer superior wear resistance and long service life.
  5. Standard A-type flange mounting dimensions compatible with A15/A16/A18/A11 series lathe spindles, easy to install and maintain.
  6. Complete set includes chuck body, three reversible jaws, chuck key and mounting bolts for immediate use.
