Description

This HSK-HDC Hydraulic Tool Holder is a premium high-speed CNC clamping component forged from high-strength 40Cr alloy steel, processed through integral quenching, stress relief and full mirror hard grinding. Equipped with hollow double-contact HSK short taper and fully enclosed hydraulic expansion inner bore, it delivers ultra-rigid stable clamping and minimal radial runout, fully satisfying the ultra-high-speed precision cutting demands of high-end mold and precision part workshops.
  1. Fully Hard-ground Double-contact HSK Hollow Short Taper
    Core mainstream specifications HSK63A and HSK100A are available. The hollow short taper undergoes complete precision hard grinding with double-face positioning contact, achieving zero-gap fit with machine spindles. Excellent dynamic balance effectively suppresses cutting chatter under extreme spindle rotation speeds up to 40,000 RPM.
  2. Fully Sealed Hydraulic Expansion Ultra-low Runout Clamping Mechanism
    A closed hydraulic oil chamber is integrated inside the chuck body. Tighten the side hex pressure screw to uniformly expand the precision inner bore for full-surface close contact with straight-shank cutting tools. Radial runout is controlled ≤0.002mm at the 3xD clamping length, drastically improving workpiece mirror surface finish and extending the service life of carbide ball end mills, drills and reamers.

    The whole blank is integrally quenched to high hardness, with stress relief treatment and mirror polishing on outer surfaces. Side reserved M threads support through-coolant cutting tools.
