HSK-FMA series face mill tool holders are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with overall quenching and precision grinding, providing excellent rigidity and durability for heavy-duty milling operations.
  1. Built-in central through-coolant system delivers coolant directly to the cutting edge, significantly improving chip removal efficiency and extending tool service life.
  2. High-precision taper and flange grinding ensures runout accuracy ≤0.005mm, delivering stable cutting performance and superior surface finish.
  3. Comprehensive specifications covering HSK50A/HSK63A/HSK80A/HSK100A spindle interfaces, with multiple FMA sizes and overhang lengths to meet various machining requirements.
  4. Black oxide surface treatment provides excellent anti-rust and wear resistance, suitable for long-term industrial applications.
