Description

This heavy-duty mechanical magnetic base stand is an economical and practical basic alignment tool, designed for daily frequent use in general machining workshops. It adopts a mature and reliable mechanical locking arm structure, simpler and more durable than hydraulic models, with lower procurement cost, fully meeting the daily alignment needs of ordinary CNC machines, lathes, milling machines and grinding machines. Two adsorption force specifications are available to match different load and working condition requirements.

Built-in high-performance permanent magnet with on/off control switch, no power supply required. The bottom V-shaped groove supports stable adsorption on both flat worktables and cylindrical surfaces including spindles, guide rails and shaft parts.

    Multi-joint all-metal flexible arm supports 360° full-direction free adjustment, locks firmly at any angle with the side locking knob, no loosening under normal machine vibration. The rigid metal arm structure avoids sagging deformation during long-term use.
  3. Independent Precision Fine Adjustment Mechanism
    Equipped with an independent fine-tuning screw structure at the clamping end.
