The H-106B series IP67 digital caliper is a high-end fully sealed precision measuring solution engineered for the harshest industrial working conditions. Far exceeding standard IP54 splash-proof Calipers , its IP67 full sealing structure achieves complete dust isolation and temporary underwater submersible capability, enabling normal measurement even with long-term exposure to flood-style coolant flushing, oil immersion and heavy metal chip buildup. Adopting absolute grating measurement system, it avoids repeated zero reset after power cycle, greatly improving inspection efficiency for high-volume production lines.
