Description

This HDC hydraulic collet sleeve is a dedicated matching replacement liner for the full HDC Hydraulic Tool Holder series. It is fabricated from high-toughness spring steel through precision wire cutting, full hard grinding and multiple stress-relief aging treatments. The multi-slit elastic structure achieves uniform shrinkage under hydraulic pressure, providing the identical ultra-precision clamping performance as the integrated inner bore of original hydraulic chucks.

    Long split grooves are evenly distributed around the cylindrical body. When hydraulic oil pressure acts on the outer wall, the inner clamping bore shrinks uniformly to fully attach to straight-shank cutters without unilateral offset. Radial runout is controlled ≤0.002mm, maintaining stable concentricity even after thousands of repeated clamping cycles.
