Description

This GT modular parallel vise is a high-flexibility universal workholding fixture developed for multi-fixture combined batch production. The whole body is forged from alloy steel with overall quenching and full-surface precision grinding, featuring a split independent sliding jaw design. Multiple units can be connected side by side freely to expand clamping stations, solving the limitation of single-station processing efficiency of ordinary integrated vises.
  1. Free Modular Splicing Parallel Combination Structure
    Standardized uniform base width and mounting datum, multiple GT vises can be neatly arranged side by side on the CNC worktable without positioning deviation. Realize synchronous clamping of multiple identical workpieces in one processing cycle, greatly improving workshop batch production efficiency.
  2. Wedge Force-amplifying Clamping Transmission Mechanism
    Built-in inclined wedge booster structure converts screw horizontal thrust into high vertical clamping pressure. Stable clamping force ranges from 3000kg to 12000kg according to different models, completely eliminating workpiece vibration and offset during heavy rough milling and high-speed finish cutting.

    All main base, sliding rail and jaw mating surfaces undergo hardening heat treatment and mirror precision grinding. Ultra-high flatness, parallelism and perpendicularity maintain micron-level long-term precision without deformation after thousands of repeated clamping cycles, far superior to cast iron vises.

  5. Universal Standard Soft Jaw Mounting Holes
    Multi-position threaded mounting holes reserved on the fixed and movable jaws, supporting quick installation of custom aluminum soft jaws, serrated hard jaws and V-groove special jaws to clamp irregular, thin-wall and cylindrical workpieces.
