Description

This FNV split free vise abandons the integrated base structure of traditional one-piece milling vises, adopting a fully separated two-jaw independent design to break the fixed opening limit of integral vises. The thick cast iron body undergoes complete stress-relief annealing to eliminate internal casting stress, equipped with built-in micro fine-tuning structure for precise clamping gap control, bringing ultra-flexible workholding solutions for large-format and irregular long workpieces.
  1. Fully Split Independent Two-unit Jaw Structure
    The fixed jaw base and movable jaw power unit are completely separated, with no fixed connecting frame restricting the maximum clamping span. Operators can freely adjust the center-to-center distance of the two jaws according to the actual length of the workpiece, realizing ultra-wide-range flexible clamping that integral vises cannot achieve, ideal for aluminum plates, steel sheets and long strip structural parts.
  2. Built-in Precision Micro Fine Adjustment Mechanism
    Internal micro-adjustment screw structure provides 0–16mm (FNV160) / 0–24mm (FNV200) fine-tuning stroke. After roughly positioning the two split units, the side crank handle can accurately fine-tune the clamping force and gap, avoiding over-tightening deformation of thin-wall plate workpieces and improving dimensional consistency of batch processing.

    Both fixed and movable clamping jaws are forged from high-hardness alloy steel with full surface precision grinding and anti-slip serrated treatment.     Each independent jaw unit adopts thick-wall reinforced cast iron base with T-slot mounting holes, which can be arbitrarily fixed at any position on the machine worktable via bolts. The thickened ribbed structure effectively absorbs cutting vibration and resists permanent deformation under continuous heavy cutting load.
  5. Two Standard Size Matching Different Processing Scales
    Two mature specifications cover medium and large workpiece processing demands: FNV160 for medium-size plates and FNV200 for extra-wide thick blanks. Each split vise set adopts independent export carton packaging to prevent collision damage of precision jaw surfaces during overseas transportation.
