Description

This flange-mount HDC hydraulic chuck is a dedicated fixed precision clamping component, fully machined from high-strength quenched alloy steel with precision mirror grinding and matte black anti-wear coating. Different from BT/ER shank Hydraulic Tool Holder s, it adopts integral flange direct mounting design, perfectly matching special processing equipment that requires permanent fixed spindle clamping.
  1. Precision Integral Flange Direct Mount Structure
    The top is equipped with a large-diameter fully ground positioning flange with evenly distributed standard bolt mounting holes. It can be directly locked onto the machine spindle flange surface, ensuring ultra-high concentricity after installation. The thickened transition curved surface eliminates stress concentration and provides outstanding overall rigidity to avoid vibration during long-duration continuous cutting.
  2. Ultra-low Runout Closed Hydraulic Expansion Clamping Core
    A fully sealed hydraulic oil chamber is built inside the main body; the side hydraulic pressure screw controls uniform expansion of the inner clamping bore to achieve full-surface close fitting with straight-shank cutting tools. Radial runout is controlled ≤0.002mm at the 3xD clamping length, which significantly optimizes workpiece surface finish and extends the service life of carbide drills, end mills and reamers.

    The entire blank undergoes overall quenching heat treatment. The outer surface adopts matte black anti-rust wear-resistant coating, while the inner clamping hole and flange positioning surface are mirror precision ground. It resists permanent deformation and metal abrasion under long-term high-speed heavy cutting, maintaining consistent ultra-precision clamping performance in mass production.

    No fixed unified standard size series; all core dimensions (flange outer diameter, mounting hole layout, inner clamping bore D1, overall body length) can be customized according to customer machine spindle drawings. Compatible with all conventional straight shank tool diameters: 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, 16mm, 20mm, 25mm, 32mm.
