Description

This ER-HDC hydraulic adapter is a precision conversion component specially designed for ER series tool holders, manufactured from high-strength quenched alloy steel with full precision grinding and black anti-wear coating. It installs directly into standard ER collet chucks to upgrade ordinary elastic collet clamping to high-precision hydraulic expansion clamping, drastically reducing radial runout and boosting cutting stability.
  1. Ultra-precise Hydraulic Expansion Clamping Inner Bore
    Built-in closed hydraulic oil chamber inside the adapter body; tighten the side pressure screw to evenly expand the inner bore for full-surface close fit with straight-shank cutters. Radial runout ≤0.002mm at 3xD clamping length, delivering superior workpiece surface finish and extending carbide tool service life.
  2. Standard ER Outer Taper Fully Hard-ground
    Two mainstream outer taper specifications ER25 and ER32 are fully precision hard-ground, perfectly matching standard ER collet chucks of the same model. Simple plug-and-play installation without modifying existing tool holders.
  3. Wear-resistant Hardened Alloy Steel Body
    The whole blank undergoes integral quenching treatment with matte black anti-rust wear-resistant coating, resisting abrasion and deformation under long-term continuous high-speed cutting, maintaining consistent clamping precision for mass production.
  4. Compact Unified Length Design
    All models adopt a unified overall length of 75L for easy length calculation during programming; clamping bore D1 covers 6mm to 20mm, compatible with most common straight-shank drills, end mills and reamers.
