Description

ER/GSK/GER series collet nuts are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with overall quenching and black oxide/nickel plating treatment, the essential accessories for clamping spring collets on CNC tool holders.
  1. High-strength steel construction with hardened threads provides excellent durability and resistance to wear and deformation, ensuring long service life even under frequent use.
  2. Seven different types available (A/M/UM/KM/MS/GER/GSK) to match all mainstream ER/GSK/GER collet chucks and tool holders on the market.
  3. Precision-machined internal threads and taper ensure perfect fit with collets and tool holders, guaranteeing uniform clamping force and high runout accuracy.
  4. Balanced design for high-speed machining applications, especially GER and GSK types which are optimized for rotational speeds up to 40,000 RPM.
