Description

BT50 series heavy-duty ER collet chucks are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with overall vacuum quenching and precision grinding, the ideal tool holders for heavy-load machining applications on BT50 spindle CNC machining centers.
  1. Ultra-precision machining ensures ≤0.005mm runout accuracy at 4×D from the chuck face, delivering exceptional machining precision and surface finish even under heavy cutting loads.
  2. G2.5 grade dynamic balance up to 15,000 RPM minimizes vibration at high speeds, extending tool life and improving machining efficiency.
  3. Comprehensive size range supports ER16, ER20, ER25, ER32, ER40 and ER50 collets, covering tool diameters from 1mm to 36mm.
  4. Multiple length options (80L-600L) accommodate various deep-cavity machining requirements and complex workpiece geometries.
  5. Standard 7/24 taper design is 100% compatible with all mainstream BT50 spindle CNC machine tools.
