Description

BT30 series ER collet chucks are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with overall vacuum quenching and precision grinding, the most widely used tool holding accessories for BT30 spindle CNC machining centers.
  1. High-precision machining ensures ≤0.005mm runout accuracy at 4×D from the chuck face, delivering excellent machining precision and surface finish.
  2. Dynamic balanced design (G2.5 grade up to 25,000 RPM) is suitable for high-speed machining applications, reducing vibration and extending tool life.
  3. Complete size range supports ER11, ER16, ER20, ER25, ER32 and ER40 collets, covering all common tool diameters from 1mm to 26mm.
  4. Multiple length options (60L/100L/150L/80L) are available to meet different machining depth requirements.
  5. Standard 7/24 taper design is fully compatible with all mainstream BT30 spindle CNC machine tools.
  6. Black oxide surface treatment provides superior corrosion resistance and long service life.
