A fully sealed hydraulic cavity is integrated inside the chuck body. Tighten the side hex pressure screw with the supporting torque wrench to expand the inner clamping bore evenly for full-surface fit with tool shanks. Radial runout is controlled ≤0.002mm at the 3xD clamping length, eliminating cutter vibration and surface chatter marks during high-speed finish cutting.
