Description

This BT-HDC Hydraulic Tool Holder is a high-performance CNC tool clamping component manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with integral quenching and full precision mirror grinding treatment. It adopts hydraulic expansion clamping principle to realize uniform full-surface clamping on straight-shank cutting tools, featuring ultra-small radial runout, stable rigid clamping and excellent vibration damping performance, fully meeting the high-speed and high-precision cutting demands of modern vertical machining centers.
  1. Ultra-low Runout Hydraulic Expansion Clamping Mechanism
    A closed hydraulic oil chamber is built inside the chuck body. Tighten the side pressure screw to inject hydraulic oil and evenly expand the precision inner bore, achieving close full-surface fit with tool shanks. The radial runout is controlled within ≤0.002mm at the 3xD clamping length, which effectively improves the surface finish of workpieces and extends the service life of carbide cutting tools.
  2. Fully Hard-ground Standard BT Taper Shank
    BT30, BT40 and BT50 spindle tapers undergo complete hard precision grinding, achieving perfect surface contact with the machine spindle taper hole. It delivers excellent repeat positioning accuracy during automatic tool change, and maintains stable clamping rigidity under ultra-high spindle rotation speed.
  3. Wear-resistant Anti-rust Hardened Alloy Steel Body
    The entire tool blank is integrally quenched for high hardness, with mirror polishing and anti-rust coating on the surface. It resists wear and permanent deformation under long-term continuous heavy cutting, and can maintain consistent ultra-precision clamping performance in mass production for a long time.

    Covers three mainstream spindle tapers BT30, BT40 and BT50; the clamping inner diameter D1 ranges from 3mm to 32mm, equipped with multiple overall length specifications (60L / 75L / 90L / 105L / 120L / 150L), which can meet short stubby heavy cutting and long-reach deep cavity machining scenarios. The side reserved M thread is compatible with through-coolant cutting tools.
  5. Wide Precision Machining Application Range
    It is specially used for high-speed finish milling, deep precise hole drilling, small mold engraving, graphite electrode processing and thin-wall aerospace part machining, and is widely matched with vertical machining centers, engraving and milling machines and automatic CNC milling equipment.
