Description

This BT-HDC Hydraulic Tool Holder is a high-performance CNC tool clamping component made of high-strength quenched alloy steel with full precision grinding finish. It adopts hydraulic expansion clamping technology to deliver ultra-stable rigid clamping and minimal runout, perfectly matching high-speed and high-precision cutting requirements of modern vertical machining centers.
  1. Ultra-low Runout Hydraulic Expansion Clamping
    Internal closed hydraulic oil chamber structure; tighten the side pressure screw to expand the inner clamping bore evenly, achieving full-surface fit with straight shank cutters. Radial runout ≤0.002mm at 3xD clamping length, effectively improving surface finish and extending cutter service life.
  2. Fully Ground Standard BT Taper Shank
    BT30, BT40 and BT50 tapers undergo hard precision grinding for perfect contact with machine spindle holes, providing excellent repeat positioning accuracy during automatic tool change and stable rigidity under high-speed rotation.
  3. Wear-resistant Hardened Alloy Steel Body
    The whole blank is integrally quenched and mirror polished with anti-rust treatment, resistant to deformation and abrasion under long-term continuous cutting, maintaining consistent clamping precision for mass production.

    Covers three mainstream spindle tapers BT30, BT40, BT50; clamping inner diameter D1 ranges from 3mm to 32mm, with multiple overall length options (60L / 75L / 90L / 105L / 120L / 150L) for short heavy cutting and deep cavity long reach machining. M thread on the side supports through-coolant cutters.
