Description

This BT-HDC hydraulic tool chuck is a high-precision clamping fixture customized for BT-spindle vertical CNC machining centers, forged from high-strength quenched alloy steel with full hard grinding and mirror polishing finish. The built-in closed hydraulic oil chamber enables uniform elastic clamping on straight-shank cutters, achieving ultra-low radial runout and stable clamping rigidity to optimize workpiece surface finish and extend carbide tool service life.
  1. Fully Hard-ground Standard BT Spindle Taper
    BT30, BT40 and BT50 tapers undergo complete precision hard grinding for seamless contact with machine spindle taper holes. It delivers stable repeat positioning accuracy during automatic tool change, compatible with nearly all mainstream vertical CNC milling machines with BT spindles.
  2. Closed Hydraulic Expansion Ultra-low Runout Clamping Core
    A fully sealed hydraulic cavity is integrated inside the chuck body. Tighten the side hex pressure screw to expand the inner clamping bore evenly for full-surface fit with tool shanks. Radial runout is controlled ≤0.002mm at the 3xD clamping length, eliminating cutter vibration and surface chatter marks during high-speed finish cutting.
  3. Hardened Anti-deformation Alloy Steel Main Body
    The whole blank receives integral quenching heat treatment, with mirror polishing and anti-rust protective coating on outer surfaces. It resists abrasion and permanent deformation under long continuous cutting loads, maintaining consistent ultra-precision clamping performance for mass production.

    Covers three mainstream spindle tapers BT30, BT40 and BT50. Inner clamping bore D1 ranges from 3mm to 32mm, with multiple overall length specifications (60L / 75L / 90L / 105L / 120L / 150L). Short stubby variants offer maximum rigidity for combined rough & finish cutting; long extended versions serve deep narrow cavity mold machining. Reserved M threads on the side support through-coolant cutting tools.
