Description

This BT-HDC Hydraulic Tool Holder is a high-performance CNC tool clamping component manufactured from high-strength alloy steel via overall quenching and precision grinding process. It adopts hydraulic expansion clamping principle to deliver ultra-low radial runout, stable rigid clamping and excellent vibration damping, perfectly matching high-precision and high-speed cutting demands of modern machining centers.
  1. Zero-Runout Hydraulic Expansion Clamping Mechanism
    Built-in hydraulic oil chamber inside the chuck body; inject hydraulic oil through the side pressure screw to uniformly expand the precision inner bore, realizing full-surface close clamping on tool shanks. Radial runout ≤0.002mm at 3xD clamping length, greatly improving workpiece surface finish and tool service life.
  2. Standard BT Taper Shank Full Grinding Process
    BT30 / BT40 / BT50 spindle taper undergoes complete hard grinding, achieving perfect fit with machine spindle taper hole, high repeat positioning accuracy during automatic tool change, stable clamping rigidity under high spindle rotation speed.
  3. Hardened Alloy Steel Wear-resistant Body
    The whole tool blank adopts 40Cr alloy steel with overall quenching treatment, surface mirror polishing and anti-rust coating, resisting wear and deformation under long-term high-load cutting, maintaining consistent clamping precision for long-term mass production.
  4. Rich Complete Size Series
    Covers three mainstream spindle tapers BT30, BT40 and BT50; clamping bore D1 ranges from 3mm to 32mm, multiple overall length L specifications (60L / 75L / 90L / 105L / 120L / 150L) for short stubby heavy cutting and long deep cavity machining scenarios. Each model reserves coolant screw thread M for through-coolant cutting tools.
