Description

This X-Z vertical compound slide is a dedicated vertical positioning worktable made of stress-relieved high-grade gray cast iron, specially developed for lathe modification, bench drill and mini milling machine vertical machining tasks. It combines a horizontal X cross slide base and vertical dovetail Z lifting column to achieve 2-axis independent positioning: horizontal X feeding and vertical Z lifting.

    Fully ground dovetail guideway on the Z-axis vertical column, equipped with adjustable gib strips to eliminate movement backlash, ensuring smooth vertical lifting with excellent straightness and long-term precision retention.
  2. Independent Calibrated Handwheels for Dual Axes
    Separate micro-feed graduated handwheels for X horizontal axis and Z vertical axis; clear scale markings support ultra-precise manual fine-tuning for drilling, milling and tapping.
  3. Reinforced Cast Iron Rigid Frame
    Integral cast iron base and vertical support frame with built-in reinforcing ribs, outstanding vibration damping performance to keep stable cutting status under light & medium machining loads.
  4. Universal Slotted Mounting Base
    The bottom X slide base features standard long mounting slots, easy to install on lathe saddles, bench drill tables or small machine workbenches for secondary machining retrofitting.
  5. Two Standard Size Lineup
    Model 100 and Model 150 cover different travel and load requirements: X travel ranges from 85mm to 120mm, Z vertical lifting stroke from 150mm to 200mm, matching hobby workshops, repair shops and technical training labs.
