AGU-ER Series universal adjustable
Angle head
is multi-angle CNC machining accessory designed for flexible inclined drilling, tapping and profile milling.
- Fitted with Japan-made angular contact bearings and German high-precision bevel gear set for smooth running and long service lifespan.
- Adjustable spindle angle range: 0°~90° with 1° fine increment positioning; cutter head full 360° rotary adjustment, no repeated workpiece clamping needed.
- High positioning accuracy up to 0.02mm to guarantee consistent precision on inclined surface machining.
- Central through-coolant design plus matching stop block structure, effective chip removal for deep cavity mold processing.
- Multiple input spindle options: BT30/BT40/BT50, BBT, HSK, CAT, SK; standard ER collet output & customized interface available.
