Description

This swivel base bidirectional double-opening synchronous vise combines high-efficiency dual-station batch processing and multi-angle adjustable positioning functions. The whole vise body is forged from solid alloy steel with overall quenching, full stress relief annealing and precision grinding on all sliding & datum surfaces, equipped with a rotatable graduated base and middle partition synchronous screw structure, solving the dual demands of simultaneous two-part clamping and arbitrary horizontal angle adjustment.
  1. Central Partition Bidirectional Synchronous Equal Force Clamping Mechanism
    Built-in linked twin trapezoidal screw drive controlled by one single operating handle. Left and right movable jaws advance synchronously with identical clamping pressure, so two workpieces get uniform compression without unilateral offset or dimensional error during heavy rough cutting. Greatly improves throughput of symmetrical part batch production.
