Description

3S series large size 3-jaw solid hydraulic power chucks are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with overall quenching and precision grinding, providing exceptional rigidity and stability for heavy-duty machining of large workpieces.
  1. Extra-large solid body structure delivers maximum rigidity and vibration damping, capable of withstanding extreme cutting forces during heavy machining of large and thick workpieces.
  2. 3-jaw self-centering design automatically centers round and hexagonal workpieces, ensuring uniform clamping force distribution.
  3. Optimized wedge mechanism provides extremely high and stable clamping force up to 265KN, guaranteeing secure holding even at high rotational speeds.
  4. High runout accuracy ≤0.015mm, delivering excellent machining precision and surface finish.
  5. Hardened jaws and guideways offer superior wear resistance and long service life.
  6. Standard mounting dimensions compatible with A2-8/A2-11/A2-15 heavy-duty lathe spindles and large hydraulic cylinders.
