Description

This triple X-X-Z 3-axis vertical compound slide is an integrated multi-axis composite positioning worktable made of high-grade stress-relieved gray cast iron. It features three fully independent manual feed axes and can be directly mounted on lathe saddles to convert ordinary lathes into multi-purpose composite machine tools for complex secondary machining of workpieces.
  1. Three Separate Micrometer Calibrated Feed Handwheels
    Independent large-diameter graduated handwheels are installed for the bottom X base feed, middle cross X horizontal worktable and vertical Z lifting column. Clear engraved micrometer scales support ultra-fine manual adjustment, meeting high-precision dimensional tolerance requirements for small precision parts.
  2. Triple Fully Precision-Ground Dovetail Guideways
    All three moving axes adopt surface-ground dovetail sliding structures with adjustable wear-resistant gib strips to eliminate sliding backlash. Sliding movement is smooth with low friction, retaining stable positioning accuracy under long-term repeated light & medium cutting loads.
  3. Universal Horizontal T-slot Cross Worktable
    The middle cross X slide is fitted with standard T-slots and red anti-wear lining strips, compatible with Machine vise s, fixture jigs, drill holders and milling cutters, enabling flexible clamping of various standard and irregular workpieces without extra auxiliary fixtures.
  4. Reinforced Integral Cast Iron Rigid Frame
    Thickened cast iron base and curved triangular reinforced vertical support column greatly enhance overall structural rigidity and vibration absorption, effectively avoiding tool chatter during continuous milling and surface finishing operations.

    Model 100 and Model 150 are designed to match small and medium bench lathes respectively: bottom X travel 200/150mm, cross table travel 105/215mm, Z vertical lifting stroke up to 85/100mm, covering hobby machining workshops, machinery repair stations and vocational school machining training equipment.
  6. Wide Multi-scene Application Range
