Description

02S series 2-jaw solid hydraulic power chucks are manufactured from high-strength alloy steel with overall quenching and precision grinding, designed for heavy-duty and high-precision turning operations.
  1. Solid body structure without through-hole provides maximum rigidity and stability, capable of withstanding extreme cutting forces during heavy machining.
  2. 2-jaw symmetrical clamping design is perfect for holding round, square and rectangular symmetrical workpieces.
  3. Optimized wedge mechanism delivers extremely high and uniform clamping force, ensuring secure holding even at high rotational speeds.
  4. High runout accuracy ≤0.01mm, delivering excellent machining precision and surface finish.
  5. Hardened jaws and guideways provide excellent wear resistance and long service life.
